My Story
Hey! It’s Kasia.
Your Personal Trainer at Coogee Beach in Sydney.
Born and bred in Poland, I lived in the UK, the USA and the Philippines. Now I call Sydney, Australia my home. Fitness is part of my DNA with beach volleyball as my favourite sport. I am a long standing member of Coogee Beach Volleyball Association (CBVA).
Adding strength and mobility training to my weekly fitness routine was a game changer. I feel stable, strong with hardly any injuries.
I’m a caring and honest personal trainer that will challenge you physically and mentally. In my sessions, I focus on fun, form, and function. I would love to share my passion with you for weight training and gymnastic rings. Simplicity is key and I focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing to fully engage the inner and outer core muscles to create full body tension (irradiation) and maximise the results. I will help you improve joint mobility so you can perform those compound movements (squat, deadlift, row) to your best and safest ability.
I became a mum of my beautiful baby girl in September 2023 and keeping fit before and through pregnancy was paramount to swift recovery. Looking after myself is my priority so I can be a better, more patient with myself, my partner and daughter.
If you see me playing beach volleyball at Coogee Beach or using gymnastic rings past the Coogee lifeguards come and say ”HI”.
I believe in a healthy body a healthy mind approach.
My adventure as a trainer began when I lost my job as an English Teacher to international students during the pandemic. I took some time out, up skilled and re-invented myself.
With more positive self-talk, the world around me began to transform. Now I’m thriving and radiating energy. My relationships have improved tremendously, and the quality of my sleep is great. Days of emotional eating + bulimia are long gone.
